What is First Time Central Heating?

Does your home not have a gas central heating system and you are wasting a significant amount of money heating it with an alternate heater? Look no further, we will assist you!

If your house is heated with Electric Heaters, Electrical Storage Heaters, even Gas Room Heaters – or if you have no heating system at all – you might be eligible for First Time Central Heating (FTCH).

LMS will add a new Gas Combi Boiler and radiators in various rooms in the house.

To qualify, your home must have never had Gas Central Heating or radiators, and your current heating system must be either outdated and inefficient or damaged.
